Manorexia solved
James battling Manorexia.
This picture has no significance to this blog entry other than I can't believe how OLD he looks here. And I can't figure out how to rearrange the order of my pics so just scroll down for the manorexia info.
Ok... so for those of you who have had the pleasure of Baby J wailing his head off through any given meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), you might be aware of his "food issues." We have been trying to provide lots of guidance for his "food issues" to no avail. That is UNTIL we got the booster seat. It is a godsend. James will actually sit in it quietly and EAT. Here's some proof.
Is he actually smiling while eating?
OK so technically he's not in the booster for this pic. He likes to play in the cabinets which is how I discovered the lil rascal has an affinity for maple syrup. Who knew?
Halloween!!!!!
We started the night with James helping Trooper get dressed.
Poor humiliated Trooper. He thought the costumes would disappear with the arrival of the kiddo. Troop was a flower this year although he didn't really know how to pull it off.
Ok. So at first James was NOT a fan of his peacock costume. This pic was taken a few weeks ago when it first came in the mail. BUT...
OH.... here we go again.
Here's Sweet Macy Briggs at the costume party she hosted a couple weeks ago.
Well now that's a great ending to Halloween!

HAPPY FIRST BIRTHDAY!
Yay! This weekend we celebrated James' Birthday with our favorite friends and family. Thanks to everyone who made the trip from Louisiana, Houston, Kansas, and all around to wish our lil man a Happy Birthday. If everyone had as much fun as James did... we will call the event a success!
Grandma Faye was lovin on Baby Harrison
JDM with the special quilt his Mamason made
The water table was a HIT! And left a few kids quite soaked... but totally worth it!
If you look close... you will see James picking something very special for his birthday. His dad must have taught him that!
