Despite an overwhelming effort to coordinate my two boys' costume this year, neither party was very cooperative in posing for a joint pic. Oh well... there's always next year. I hate to admit, but at this point my dog is more cooperative than my son when it comes to taking pictures. Hopefully he'll come around. With any luck, James will be as excited as Trooper for Halloween next year. I can't help but crack up at the series of James pics-- PS: James definitely does not look like the baby banana in the advertisement who fits perfectly and is smiling. I mean, what baby would like being engulfed by a giant bundling of yellow fleece? Ah well...
This is James in his daytime Halloween outfit. Needless to say, he prefers it termendously when compared to the banana.
Check out those shoes!! Camo -- in honor of deer season this weekend.

Announcements?
Oscar Day
As some of you have probably heard, Southeast Texas has been bombarded with rain and yesterday was no exception. MamaSon and Aunt LB braved the high waters to hang out and watch Monkey Man on Thursday so I could make a doctor appointment. Oscar came along for the ride and enjoyed running the house while Trooper chased him -- something I fortunately caught on film. Thanks to LB, Sonya, and Oscar for keeping eyes on my lil man! Enjoy the pics...

Game Day
Friday night at the camp
We enjoyed a fun visit to Dave and Sonya's Jasper river house. Mamason fixed her famous fabuloso yellow chicken and the boys played with their firearms in preparation for the upcoming season. We even got a chance to play with Fat Boy -- Dixie's blubbery puppy. Sonya and her friend Harry have designed an awesome website for her puppy check it out

Thanks Grandma!!
Koffee officially ends her three week stay with baby James. He is sure sad to see her go (although Trooper is probably going to become severely depressed by her absence, no more mid-afternoon squirrel attacks and constant pupperonis)!! Adios Koffee--- and thanks for all your help these past few weeks. Thanksgiving will be here before you know it.
